Masterplan | Villa façades | Clubhouse | Interiors | Lake-edge | Construction updates
The White Lotus Kandavara images will lead you through the project like a buyer would on a site visit. It begins with the masterplan, then the villa façades and the clubhouse, before expanding up into the interior renders and the views to the edge of the lake. This is the White Lotus Kandavara villa photos gallery for the project, containing pre-construction renders in the same order as the actual walkthrough. All renders below are pre-construction visuals from the developer’s design team. Photos of the construction stage will be published once site mobilisation begins. See our Master Plan page for the site layout these photographs are within. Behind these images are the configuration level layouts with unit plans on the Floor Plan Page.
The 30-acre tract reads like one cohesive village. Villas are laid out along internal carriageways with substantial setbacks, the clubhouse is located at the north west boundary and the green spine is uninterrupted to Kandavara Lake. Clearly poor density. There is room to breathe between each cluster of villas.
With the Nandi Hills range on the southern horizon, the lot is located with Kandavara Lake approximately a kilometre west. The Signature villas are located on the side of the project facing the lake where you can see the anchors in a single sightline.
The Standard villa façade is finished in a contemporary stone-and-render with a double-height living window to draw in natural light into the public areas. The upper terrace is an outdoor space with a modest parapet wall.
The Large villa extends the conventional footprint with a broader deck frontage and an extra setback on the side elevation. The study is like an extra volume nestled away behind the living wing.
The Signature lake-facing home features panoramic windows on the lake-side elevation to pull the view axis through the living spaces. The master suite on the upper level is also orientated in that direction. The optional plunge pool is in the deeper side setback.
The RCC frame is designed for the G+1 + Terrace villa type with column spans optimised for big open living spaces. Wall thicknesses are 200 mm (outside) and 100 mm (inside). IS code design for details of seismic and wind load.
The pavilion is read as a stand-alone, not as a residential addition, to the clubhouse exterior. The green spine unfolds into a glass facade and the reception flows straight into the welcome lounge. Tucked away behind the main wing, the yoga pavilion is located on a tranquil courtyard.
The gym has cardio and strength zones configured for parallel use. The yoga pavilion has its own entrance and opens out to the meditation patio. Steam and sauna rooms are available after your workout and are located next to the gym.
The outdoor pool is located at the center of the primary amenity zone with a large deck. Off to the side is the kids’ splash pool with sheltered play and good sight lines from the deck. Behind are the pool changing rooms, with equipment storage nearby.
The sports zone unites racket sports and team play under one roof. The tennis court is regulation-size, with the pickleball court just next door for the rapidly-growing racquet community. Around the periphery runs the running and cycling track.
The family zone divides by age. It contains a toddler zone with sand-pit and soft-play, an older children’s play area with age-appropriate equipment and a treehouse installation as the trademark landscaping feature. The pet park is in another corner with shaded areas and a grooming station.
The lake side promenade connects the community to the Kandavara Lake. The Kandavara Lake villa view photos on this page have been put together to capture the connection. Garden lounge and viewing decks on the perimeter (subject to setback approvals) and an amphitheatre leveraging the natural gradient towards the lake to provide tiered seating.
The Bangalore tradition of villa interior design photos generally defaults to staged stock photography. The internal renders below are project specific design visualisations from the developers team.
The living area has a double volume height and floor to ceiling glazing to the lake. Italian marble flooring runs through the public areas. Furniture layout is illustrative only
The master suite offers a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bath and a private terrace overlooking the lake-and-hill vista axis. Imported marble for the flooring. Composite wood for the deck.
Kitchen has engineered stone counter with full height splashback and chimney over hob. Shown with Modular cabinetry provisioning, buyer supplied or developer arranged at booking. Utility extension at back of kitchen with capacity for washing machine and drying.
The master bathroom features a rain shower in the wet zone, Grohe/Hansgrohe-band CP fittings and Kohler/TOTO-band sanitaryware. The sheathing reaches the ceiling. The counter top is natural or manufactured stone.
White Lotus Kandavara Construction gallery will include photographs of the construction stage when site mobilisation begins. A walkthrough video of the White Lotus Kandavara masterplan, clubhouse and sample property is being developed for the formal launch window.
Once site mobilising has commenced, construction-stage photography will be added quarterly. The initial post will report on land clearing and foundation work, with further reports on structural and finishing progress.
We are looking to do a walk-through of a sample villa around the formal launch window. The above White Lotus Kandavara photos are the closest visual representation of the product till then. Sales gallery from launch will feature sample villa pictures and finish boards for White Lotus Kandavara with material samples for marble, fittings and finishes put out for buyer inspection.
Share your details and our sales team will reach out shortly to arrange a private walkthrough.
